Frankie Jene Bolden-Lassiter

Mrs. Frankie Jene Bolden-Lassiter was born on August 22, 1949, to the late Jack Columbus Bolden and Estella Watson Bolden. She transitioned peacefully from this earthly life on August 28, 2026.

Frankie was a graduate of Rosa A. Temple High School and a faithful member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. James T. Edwards, Jr. She was united in marriage to the late Rev. Lewis Lassiter.

Frankie was employed by Monsour's Restaurant until her retirement. She enjoyed watching soap operas, playing bingo, and lending a helping hand to others whenever she could.

She was lovingly cared for by her spiritual daughter, Callie Williams, and the caring staff of Heritage House Nursing Home. She also shared a special bond with Peyton E. Lassiter, Jr. and Trina Lassiter.

Frankie was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Dan Ethel Collins, Evelyn Darden, Jessie Robertson, and Alberta Thompson; and her brother, Columbus Jack Bolden.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved sister, Helen Campbell, along with family members, church family, and many friends.
